1. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A valid credit card or deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- Rates are subject to change without notice. Final rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is 12:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
3. Cancellation and No-show Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.
- In case of a no-show, the first night’s stay will be charged.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.
- Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking rooms or designated areas. A cleaning fee may be charged for violations.
- Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved by the management.
5. Payments
- All room charges, taxes, and additional fees must be paid in full before check-out.
- We accept major credit cards and cash payments.
6. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking or stay will be used solely for hotel services and will not be shared with third parties.
7. Liability
- Hotel Rose One is not responsible for the loss of personal items, injuries, or accidents that occur during your stay unless caused by our negligence.
- We recommend securing valuables in the room safe.
8. Amendments
- Hotel Rose One reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
9. Complaints and Disputes
- Any issues or complaints should be directed to the hotel management during your stay to resolve them promptly.
- In case of disputes, we aim to resolve matters amicably.
